Returns are subject to the manufacturer’s specific product return policies and procedures (RMAs/CMAs). Custom, made-to-order, or non-stock items may not be cancelled or returned. Non custom or not made-to-order products can be returned but are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee by Critical Components Infrastructure (restocking fees are subject to change at any time in CCI’s discretion). If these terms are accepted, it is agreed that the Individual / Company will provide Critical Components Infrastructure with any additional documents needed to perfect a security interest in all goods, inventory, and/or equipment purchased from Critical Components Infrastructure (eg. Signed Credit Application and signed Purchase Order or requisition order). Additional support services, to include but not limited to, lift-gate delivery, labor to off-load products, rigging and installation may be performed by 3rd party partners  (unless specifically noted otherwise on the quotation or proposal). Please provide two (2) weeks’ notice for product startup (if applicable ).
